My career with Oldcastle and its subsidiaries spanned over a decade. In 2011, I was promoted to direct operations of this subsidiary offering aggregate, asphalt, ready mix, and construction services. With full P&L oversight, I ensured operational excellence and optimized performance by 720 personnel across 49 Arkansas and Oklahoma locations.• Defined operational structure and sales strategies; led sustainability and improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and bottom line.• Collaborated with sister company leaders to align strategy, maintained strong customer/vendor relationships, and drove safety culture by leveraging local committees.• Led talent identification, development, and retention ensuring strong, unified workforce with defined workflows and succession plans.

From successes with each Oldcastle subsidiary, I was promoted to oversee both simultaneously, with 240 employees and 14 geographically-dispersed operating units. • Developed and administered operating/expenditure budgets, implementing metrics and inventory control procedures to enable business strategies. • Recruited and trained top supervisory talent, aligning all departments.

As the operations performance manager and change agent, I traveled to Oldcastle companies throughout nation, driving rollout of the performance system aggregate initiative.
