Over my time in the cable industry, I have been involved in a variety of projects. I have spent time as a field technician, I have helped to re-organize a dispatch department, and I have contributed to a different project to help centralize a dispatch department. I have had an integral role in a billing conversion project.I have worked as an administrator for a fleet management application, and I developed the training program to deliver to end users of the application. I am a new member in Toastmasters, and I am constantly studying and learning to understand leadership principles. I love to present, and I am currently in the process of delivering a presentation on The Five Dysfunctions of a Team to about 50 people.I am currently working as a supervisor in a dispatch environment with my primary role being to assist dispatchers in learning how to be more proficient in their duties while assisting managers in the field with issues that they might have with the fleet management program.I am a data driven leader who has taken a significant amount of time learning how to motivate and inspire the people who work for me. Data is how you identify a problem. Working with people and developing relationships is how you solve problems.I have an associate's degree in human resource development and a bachelor's degree in human resource management and organizational leadership.
