• Oversee all Electrical construction, design, and material ordering during the non-production season.• Manage Electrical contractors during project and equipment upgrades to the electrical infrastructure of the production plant.• Design and implement Electrical metering for all Mains and sub mains for production facility and import all information into Ignition HMI system. Incorporate system into all new panels that are added every year.• During season answer and fix all electrical issues to maintain production without stopping.• Install and maintain VFD’s • Maintain and operate all Air compressors year-round.

• Manage at the plant level 30 capital projects from May 2006 to present. This management includes the development of Fiberon’s Capital Expense paperwork, Environmental studies, data collection, design review with regional engineer and plant management team, purchase requests, budgeting, receiving of capital equipment and services, oversee construction and installation of equipment, project status reports, project timeline development, project start-up, project turn over to production and project close-out.• Maintain and program HMI control systems and make changes to all plant PLC programs when changes are needed.• Monitor, submit and maintain proper paper work required by EPA, Idaho DEQ and the City of Meridian for all Environmental requirements. (Monthly Visual Emissions inspection, Weekly baghouse checks, TIR Reports, Plant Air Permit requirements, Biannual Zero waste water discharge submittal, Site Waste management, Storm Water runoff inspections.)• Perform daily Maintenance Manager duties, "assign work, direct projects, document all necessary information, place orders for repair equipment and parts, and work with MP2. Work on all electrical systems from High Voltage equipment to low voltage systems. Program and trouble shoot all PLC systems along with all RS-View systems. Work with contractors on site when projects are being performed on new and used equipment.
