Integral member of the COMSEC Modernization Action Group (CMAG), which focuses on aligning efforts across the U.S. joint and coalition forces in order to provide strategic governance of COMSEC modernization initiatives and action group decisions, reduce technical debt, collect data for “scorecards” on all cryptographic investment efforts, consolidate 1 to N prioritization of cryptographic requirements, synchronize congressional reporting, and consolidate Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) submissions.Led negotiations, and created agreements, to deliver 6.4 million dollars in funding to the US Army REprogrammable Single Chip Universal Encryptor (RESCUE) development Team. This effort will help develop a Multi-Function Crypto (MFC) engine and will also be critical in in the support of new technology aimed at streamlining and consolidating cryptography, as well as developing early solutions to next-generation secure communication challenges. Identified the equipment scope for the USAF Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) to assess and analyze all cryptographic and receiver/transmitter devices associated with DCGS. Created, and led, an Integrated Product Team between ACC, 16 AF, 480th, CCC, ITAC, MITRE and NSA, to enhance the push for verified equipment, as well as to discuss problems/resolutions to Cryptographic Modernization efforts.Developed, organized led, and moderated the two-day Summer 2023 Air Force Crypto Technical Exchange Meeting (TEM). Created discussion of challenges faced by operational commands, as well as the collaboration of efforts to resolve those challenges stakeholders such as: 16 AF, NSA, AFRL, MIT and others. Provides system/program engineering, technical support and technical training to support programs/initiatives, including but not limited to: acquisition, development, integration, sustainment, continued evolution, deployment/fielding and installation, and operations oversight.
