This is a new position recently created. I am one of the first 3 to hold such a position in the transport department. I am now in more of a supervisory role. My duties include being a mentor and leader to the transporters, helping the trainers, performing competency checks, dispatching, and acting as a supervisor when none are present. This is a position that is allowing me to gain leadership experience.
