As the Accounting Manager, I am responsible for the day to day accounting operations of the company. I help to oversee the month end close process, booking journal entries and performing and maintaining dozens of account reconciliations. I also maintain our international accounting process, booking accounting entries and payroll, and performing bank reconciliations, on behalf of Fiksu's six international offices.I led the implementation of expense reporting software and processes to the company in early 2012, and played a key role in Fiksu's migration from QuickBooks to Netsuite in 2013. In early 2015, I took the lead on developing, implementing and maintaining an inventory management process, a process which has increased efficiency and improved the accuracy of our financial reporting.I also serve as the primary contact for payroll, and have taken steps to increase efficiency and decrease errors in that process as well.
