Be the mentor of bike team in Taiwan. Lead the team to finish tasks which requested from US office. Manage weekly development report that helps bike product managers able to track on their projects, work with supply chain team to make production plan to manage deliveries, discuss with QC team and introduce new products that the team can have clear plan for product inspection.- Work with Swiss team for E-bike projects.- Sourcing for new manufacturers and looking for potential partners.

Manage bike BOM, make product plan, negotiate costs to meet markets’ demand. Also support ATB models project developments for US team. Being product manager’s eye, hand, voice in Asia, make sure projects are well tracked. Work cross QC team and supply chain, lead the issues, find solutions to achieve team’s goal, to deliver quality products into markets on time.

Manage soft goods, bike components and spare parts developments.Work and report to US team, communicate with suppliers and team to make projects rolling. Manage production plan with manufacturers and suppliers (Taiwan, China and Southeast Asia). Create and manage new products. Marketing research.

Researching & Developing new products. Manage manufacturing BOM and launch new products into production line. Support and solve for production and quality issues.
