Supervise and manage the C&M Crews at the Pontic and Streator Hdqtrs. Schedule work thru 6 weeks into the future. Manage trouble and crews both day and at night when on Duty. Manage passport work. Manage Pragmacad by dropping work orders on crew and other tickets. Manage the work schedule with Work Management. Maintain Safety and promote safety for the crews. Complete multiple safety audits weekly and complete different types of safety audits. Arrange and oversee weekly safety meetings. Paticipate on multiple conference calls. Complete JULIES. Arrange switching for jobs both 12 and 34kv. Complete multiple job walk downs to verify JULIES, needed materials, manhour estimates, safety issues and possible traffic issues. Work with customers and their electricians to arrange and schedule work for them. Provide yearly training for the crews. Update crews on safety issues that happen around the company. Go over safety alerts, procedure changes, condition reports and field bulletins that come in. Manage stand downs. Perform 24hr Duty every other week. Perform backup 24hr Duty every other week. Familiar with all aspects of the SRS system.

Wrote Clearace Orders and Administration Orders. Worked with the C&M Crews on trouble and their daily work involving cable fault maintenance, overhead maintenance and trouble repairs. Trained in the Hold Card procedure. SRS trained.

Maintain the C&M schedule and walk down new jobs. Keep the schedule levelized. Work with the C&M FLS's to assist with the scheduling. Manage the SWO's. Work with Work Management daily to maintain the integrity of the schedule and 6 weeks out on the schedule. Assist the 2 FLS's with duty. Manage the SRS's for the scheduled and emergent jobs.

Trained to run a boom truck, stringing truck, wire pulling machine, Hi reach trucks, crawlers, track machines, trator-trailers, trenchers. Trained in installing and terminating underground residential and distribution cable. Safety rep for the Pontiac barn. IBEW Local 15 steward for 10 years. First aid and CPR Trainer. United Way Rep for the Streator/Pontiac Hdqtrs. During that time we had 100% participation by both hdqtrs. Represented Com Ed on the Livingston County United Way Board for 10 years managing agency budgets and such.
