I am responsible for all technical aspects of the Highjump WMS installed at our warehouses. Currently we have 15 different warehouses all across North America. Added Picking Automation, Labor Advantage, Yard Advantage, Integrated Parcel Pack into customized solution.

Strategic Projects• Did long term planning for database architecture and sizing.• Created a end to end solution to handle NDR(non deliver report) emails. We had automated emailcampaigns that create lots of non deliverable emails. This solution captured, processed and disabledfurther sending of emails to these accounts. I received a Realogy REAL award for my effort.• Built a Business Intelligence warehouse that stored/processed and reported site usage trends usingSSRS.• Completed internal and SOX audits on our SQL server environment.SQL Development and Administration• Primary DBA to all of the NRT databases. I was responsible for all the maintenance, tuning andtroubleshooting of 70 SQL 2000 and 2005 installations. Most of the databases were in clusteredconfigurations with SAN attached storage.• Designed, developed and supported the new property search consumer module that was deployed to 7 national websites. One example of this is www.cbws.com.• Responsible for hundreds of DTS and SSIS packages and calling jobs that manipulate data to and from business partners.
