My job is to provide support to the current active Trainers within my company. I primarily create content for trainers and team leadership to use with new training classes and existing representatives for updating knowledge on changing policies and systems. I utilize a mixture of the TalentLMS, Adobe, Microsoft, and Google Programs. I am also responsible for helping affect policy change based on received feedback and managing a variety of resources that our representatives utilize in their day-to-day work.
