Previously a technical delivery manager heavily focused towards promoting the business benefit of good data quality, PRINCE2 & Scrum certified with experience in regulatory Business Intelligence delivery for leading international banks. For the last 4 years I've acted in a servant leadership role as Director of Business Intelligence for an awesome team of 17 data professionals, we've helped embed data visualisation and mature a organisation away from untrusted & inconsistent data sets so often found in businesses, in the last 24 months we have taken Power BI from 1% usage across the organisation to a point where circa 50% of the organisation has used a published report in the last 30 days.
