Performed onsite failure investigations of accidents involving regulated gas and hazardous liquid pipelines.• Conducted comprehensive investigations of nationally significant pipeline accidents.• Supported Enforcement efforts in accordance with PHMSA procedures. • Developed criteria for pipeline integrity verification plans which were subsequently incorporated into Corrective Action Orders or Safety Orders.Outreach and SupportProvided support to State Programs in planning and executing their pipeline safety program. Shared information with Federal, State and Local officials and other underground utilities stakeholders about pipeline infrastructure risk and controls to protect communities and prevent damage to pipelines.
