Legacy Sanitation became the largest independent portable restroom business in the Northern California market place in under 6 years. We provided 8,000 weekly services to 6,173 rental assets with 36 vehicles and 61 employees. Maintained an average accounts receivable aging of 70% in the current billing cycle, 25% at 30 days and 2.2% at 90 days plus.

Due Diligence and Integration- operational evaluation and restructure of new acquisitions and existing business segments in Salinas, Santa Rosa, Sacramento and Reno combining a total of 11 businesses units into 4 locations. Area Manager- over Stockton, Sacramento and Reno, responsible for overseeing local branch management, including operations, budgeting, profitability and performance while working closely with regional sales management team to ensure customer retention and continued growth. Special Events Manager- oversaw all aspects of sales, contracts, procurement, operations and billing for Northern California major special events such as Bay to Breakers, NASCAR, NHRA, IRL and Burning Man. Created and implemented a specialty equipment tracking program for all high valued assets such as restroom trailers and executive units for all of Northern California and Nevada
