Bryan Lucero is a non-profit and community-based services professional who specializes in youth and young adult program management. He is currently a Program Director at the Posse Foundation, where he oversees the program delivery and case management of students at a number of Posse's university partners. In prior roles he has overseen multiple publicly-funded youth development programs that provide individualized guidance and counseling, college access, career exploration, social-emotional learning development, service learning projects, and enrichment activities.A regular face in the NY non-profit world, he has been part of various coalitions' equity work. Bryan has facilitated sessions at United Neighborhood Houses’ annual Settlement House Day for staff to learn about best practices when engaging community members around immigrant rights and public charge. He has conducted Know Your Rights presentations as a Mayor's Office of Immigrant Affairs ActionNYC Community Fellow. Bryan has also served as a panelist around proposal writing and city contracting for new community-based organization staff for both NYC Service and New York Immigration Coalition. Whether presenting to a large audience or sitting at the table with local legislators, community advocates, and city agency representatives, Bryan continues to advocate for community members and move campaigns forward.
