In my role as Program Manager - Talent & Organizational Development, I supported all of Staples Supply Chain, both Fulfillment Centers and Fleet Transportation locations. Develop strategic solutions including assessing skills and knowledge, curriculum development, on-boarding, prioritization, and design tools. Effectively execute all phases of a program and keep a consistent line of communication with stakeholders and other business partners.• Lead onboarding programs for Driver Onboarding, Fulfillment Center Supervisor Onboarding and Fleet Supervisor Onboarding. These programs required leading a team of field and support employees, develop curriculum, content creation, design, and implementation.• Facilitate and Produce iLead People Essentials program to Supply Chain leaders. This program trains and coaches the soft skills of being a people leader to improve employee engagement and leadership effectiveness.• Support EHS and Asset Protection departments in SOP and Best Practice creation as well as rollout of key safety initiatives.• Smith System Trainer Certified – Facilitate and certify Smith System training to delivery drivers network wide on Safe Driving and accident avoidance. Responsible for the design, development, and delivery of various learning programs to new and existing associates based on adult learning theory and formal instructional design methods. Regionally aligned to Fulfillment Centers and Fleet Transportation Facilities.

• 18 years experience in a leadership role, Safety Committee Coordinator. Manage all safety programs within the facility. Run and hold monthly meetings with Safety Committee team members and Senior Management staff.• Motivate, train, coach and mentor associates to strengthen their skills within the department and company. Work closely with Human Resources to ensure company policies are upheld and that associates are fairly treated, with consistency. • Thorough working knowledge of warehouse operations and WM –Warehouse Management systems, which includes directly supervising Shipping, Putaway, Bulk Selection (full case including furniture), Pick-in-Pass, Replenishment and Receiving departments. I have also held the position of Inventory Control Supervisor and have a thorough knowledge of the Physical Inventory functions. • Supervisor - Breakpack. Responsible for daily staffing of 100 to 125 full and part-time employees to achieve productivity goals and deadlines. Directly manage and control the outbound functions of 15,000 break pack direct ship cartons within four, three level picking modules.• Facility supply purchasing, Staples Ontario. Manage a 2.8 million dollar warehouse supply budget which includes purchasing, inventory management, vendor set-up and negotiations. Successful in reducing costs and meeting budgetary goals.• Greenbelt Trainee. Selected for first Greenbelt training group within all of Staples NAD. Training included presentation workshops using Microsoft PowerPoint.• Certified Forklift trainer and operator – 19 years experience• CPR and AED certified – National Safety Council• Trained as a Yard Hostler and able to move/jockey trailers• Completed DiSC training
