Responsible for supervising a team of Security personnel and providing first line management to the operations of the building, to ensure that all duties are carried out properly * Making sure that Security personnel are performing their daily tasks and duties professionally * Conducting regular floor walks throughout building and exterior * Ensuring the building is a safe and pleasant environment for our customers and tenants * Respond to emergency situations as they happen * Maintain surveillance, HVAC/lighting, and fire systems * Scheduling, payroll and maintain budget to company expectation * Provide efficient training to new and existing staff to comply with legislation * Maintain Health and Safety for the property as the Chairman of the Committee

Responsible for the monitoring and protection of the building, tenants and patrons while providing a high level of customer service* Enforce laws and regulations, in accordance to the Trespass to Property Act* Respond to occurrences and maintenance related issues* Monitoring of fire/sprinkler system, and mechanical equipment* Extensive report writing and various assigned projects* Provide efficient training to newly hired staff* Constant patrols of both interior and exterior of the building Website/Shipping & Receiving; Responsible for creating/maintaining the company website and the overall operation of the warehouse including the shipping and receiving of product * Provide sales and service to clients, retailers, and in bound customers* Create and maintain company website and database* Ship products to clients throughout North America* Maintaining inventory in the warehouse and showroom* Create and distribute advertising and promotional items* Order inventory in accordance to supply and demand* Extensive financial and logistics reports
