Elected to Township Council in 2011 for a four year term that expired on December 31, 2015. Elected as President of the Township Council in 2014 and was re-elected in 2015. West Windsor Township consists of nearly 30,000 residents in Mercer County, NJ and borders Princeton. Responsible for overseeing, adjusting and approving township budget, handling all aspects of township ordinances, resolutions, acquisitions of open space land and capital equipment approvals. Three year liaison to the Zoning Board and served as Environmental Commission liaison. In 2014 and 2015, crafted a township operating budget that resulted in no municipal tax increase for residents and without cutting resident services.
