Modern Renovations was a full service residential remodeling company who specialized in kitchens and basement remodels. I was personally involved in performing the work and managed all aspects of the company from sales and marketing to operations and job closeout.

Served as Onsite Project Manager, executed all Contracts, change orders, submittals, and closeout documents. Structured and maintained all field office paper work including daily logs, submittals, shop drawings, RFI's, change orders, contracts, payment application, invoices, and time sheets. Proficient with layout, drawings, and specifications. Projects completed:Statesville High School;Statesville, NC;Three phase Renovation/New construction $32 million. Phase 1 and 2 were both finished 3 months early while increasing the margin by 100%Soaring Eagle Lodge; Snowshoe, WV; 5 story ski lodge with parking garage underneath; Virginia Tech Alumni Center; Blacksburg VA; Hotel, conference center and alumni hall on a 26 acre site $32mill.Chemistry and Physics classroom building; Virginia Tech; 3 story classroom with science labs throughout.

Provided layout for all trades on the South endzone expansion of Lane stadium at Virginia Tech. Installed all embed plates and assissted carpentry crew
