I am an astute, client-centric forensic leader with deep expertise in examining and analyzing evidence for causation and possible subrogation from large complex loss sites involving major property damage and loss of life. As a highly trained Forensic Leader with over 38 years in Senior Executive Management, including managing forensic consultants in different forensic firms and directing and overseeing highly complex forensic investigations across the United States and numerous foreign countries, I have personally worked and supervised more than 7,800 complex forensic investigations and has over 14,000 hours of onsite experience. Additionally, I have extensive experience in court testimonies and dispositions and testified as a Forensic Expert Witness in numerous Federal and State Courts and foreign countries. I have served as an expert Forensic Consultant for the United States Government at the justice department's request as the lead expert in a terrorism trial with letters of accommodation from the FBI and United States Justice Department. Possessing a stellar reputation as a renowned forensic expert, which now spans over 42 years with many of the nations' largest insurance carriers and law firms throughout the United States and numerous Foreign countries; I am often sought out by these same clients to provide expertise on many complex disasters and to lead the investigation efforts, and supervise other forensic team members. I have also served as a guest lecturer on Forensic Investigation procedures at Rutgers University, Harvard Law School, Insurance College of New York, America Bar Association, LEA, SLA, and PLRB.
