I am from the Philippines and working under an E-payment (S***pe) program for almost four years with TDCX Malaysia. I have been in the customer support industry for more than 15 years working as a customer support agent or account specialist with experties in fraud and risk prevention. Providing customer support has been my well-loved advocacy as this job does not only mean helping the company but to the vast customers around the world patronizing our clientele's products and services.I am working under an E-payment (S***pe) program since 2018, an E-payment service provider for e-commerce businesses.
