• Responsible for the safety and security of the Ambassador and staff of the US Embassy (Kabul, Afghanistan). Manage up to 40 Gurkha, Nepalese and Afghan Ministry of Interior Security Force during any shift.
• Monitor and maintain audio, visual, x-ray, and metal detection security devices with each embassy common access centers (CAC).
• Provide Personal Protective Security Service to diplomats and embassy staff to include but not limited to the US Ambassador, Afghan politicians, military officials, and other US Embassy staff and personnel.

• Supervised the security of $50 million of highly sensitive equipment.
• Convoy Commander for PSD Security. Held responsible for delegating administrative tasks, planning tactical and calculated missions as well as decision making.
• Regularly operated and managed live fire weapon ranges. Lead instruction of 230 enlisted Marines and 45 Marine Officers in proper firing procedures during live fire training.
• Planned and executed mobile security functions for Military Personnel and armored convoys throughout Iraq.

• Direct offensive and defensive engagements with enemy forces.
• Responsible for maintenance and daily readiness of four AAV’s.
• Coordinate and manage both corrective and preventative maintenance.
• Responsible for the welfare, training, administrative, and logistical requirements for the marines of assigned section.
• Held responsible for feedback to the section leader or platoon commander on the readiness and capabilities of the section.

• Employ assigned AAV in the best position to destroy, suppress, or repel the enemy.
• Responsible for ensuring safety of assigned crew and embarked personnel.
• Utilize AAV in the most efficient manor for mission accomplishment.
• Responsible for maintenance and insuring proper vehicle performance.
