Bryan D. Matthews, BS, has over 21 years of experience in providing specialized air quality management services, specializing in management of advanced environmental IT projects and multiple commercial software product lines. Consulting experience centers on data analysis and data management expertise in the areas of regulatory compliance, enforcement, emission inventory; strategic planning; litigation and liability management; and human and ecological risk modeling; with over 14 years dedicated to the development and application of advanced GIS-based assessment capabilities. Mr. Matthews specializes in applying GIS data analysis and data management techniques to provide clients with the tools and information required to implement decision consequence analysis based solutions for today’s environmental liability challenges. Mr. Matthews has worked as project manager and technical lead on numerous large-scale air assessments where his primary area of responsibility was designing and implementing GIS-driven “project platforms” to foster the exchange of information and facilitate the interaction between legal and technical experts including toxicologists, air modelers, engineers, chemists, epidemiologists and others.
