Bryan W. Mattimore is cofounder of the Growth Engine Company, an innovation agency based in Norwalk, CT. Before co-founding the Growth Engine Co. in 1999, Bryan was founder and president of the Mattimore Group, an 18-year-old creativity consulting and ideation facilitation company. Bryan is one of America's top experts in applied creativity, ideation facilitation and innovation management. In his innovation consulting career, he has facilitated over 1,000 marketing, sales, and business strategy ideation sessions, moderated more than 500 focus groups and ethnographies, and managed over 200 successful innovation projects leading to over $3 billion in new sales. He is a sought after keynote speaker, and "action-learning" trainer of Growth Engine's unique approaches to applied creative thinking, problem solving, and successful innovation methodologies. He has written three books on business creativity, ideation and innovation process. His newest book: "21 Days To A Big Idea" (Diversion Books) is an empirically-validated process for helping corporate innovation teams and aspiring entrepreneurs create a continuous stream of big ideas. His previous book on ideation and innovation techniques: "Idea Stormers, How to Lead and Inspire Creative Breakthroughs," (Wiley Jossey-Bass) includes a wide variety of newly-invented ideation and innovation processes derived from fifteen years of successful innovation consulting assignments.
