Technical administration of several HR/Training systems. - Performance Management - Saba/Halogen (TalentSpace) -- Manage user profiles, design processes and forms, and manage enrollments for annual review and objective setting cycles. I've also used the system to create processes tied to company-wide initiatives such as affidavits for benefits enrollment, government compliance surveys, and incident reporting. - Talent Acquisition - Jobvite – Responsible for user management, technical support, facilitation of enhancements, and assistance with reporting. Worked with three vendors to set up integrations - Hackerrank, Justifacts, and LinkedIn. Migrated/rebuilt the Talent Acquisition team's custom reports from legacy Jobvite Reporting to their new Looker-powered Analytics platform. Trained the TA team to navigate the new Analytics tool and build their own custom reports. - LMS/CDS Administrator – Xyleme – Continued responsibilities from prior role. - LMS Administrator – Docebo - Continued responsibilities from prior role.Notable Projects:- PeopleInsight (HR Dashboards) – Primary point of contact with PeopleInsight. Intermediary between HR Leadership and PeopleInsight. Design dashboards, validate and upload data, and coordinate ongoing administration of existing dashboards and enhancement requests.- Master Data Management – (Since Feb 2021) Part of a team integrating data from multiple systems to create a single platform with cross-referenced data. Internal lead for dashboard design (Looker). Created interactive dashboards that provide glimpses into clients’ contractual data - data that was previously housed in two separate systems. I’ve built custom drill-throughs for each visualization, allowing users access to a deeper look at the underlying data.

Responsibilities:• E-learning development for internal and external audiences, covering content ranging from technical (software training on TeleTracking solutions and third party products) to soft skills and policy compliance. This includes building of new courses and performing updates/maintenance on existing courses (Articulate - Storyline and Rise, Captivate).• LMS Administration for internal audience (Inquisiq and Docebo), including portal design, course file and user data maintenance.• LMS/CDS Administrator – Xyleme – User management, course publishing/catalog management, delivery of content files directly to clients, maintenance of integration with our Salesforce-based client portal. Occasional troubleshooting of course development issues in Xyleme Studio.• Training Technology Administration - primary technical support for L&D tech and software, including course design software (Articulate Storyline).• In-house resource for audio/video recording and editing (training and internal communications). Administrator for our Panopto instance (cloud-based video recording/editing/streaming platform).Notable Projects:• Implementation of new LMS (Docebo) for our Internal User Audience. I was directly involved in the vendor selection process, data migration (user records and course content), platform design, user acceptance testing, new user training, and ongoing functionality updates.• Summer 2018 - Technical facilitation of orientation program for a remote group of Software Engineering Interns. I recorded our live Intern Orientation Session delivered to our on-site group of interns, then provided an edited version of that presentation to the remote interns, along with an instructional session on how to record their end-of-summer intern presentations using our (then recently acquired) Panopto platform.
