About Bryan Mckellar
I work as part of the North Cancer Alliance, facilitating collaborative working between the six North NHS boards to improve patient outcomes and survival from cancer. I coordinate change and improvement activities within the team, and this includes representing NOSCAN at National and Regional meetings, and taking forward improvements to services within the North. My previous jobs include: change officer, customer services project coordinator, digital services project coordinator, intranet officer, delivery driver, shopper, journalist, reporter, cashier and retail assistant. All these roles require key skills including communication, passion and dedication. I also mentioned that I am a professional wrestler, part of North-east group WrestleZone (www.wrestlezonescotland.co.uk). Family-friendly entertainment across the area, you can catch one of our live events in a town hall, community centre or hotel near you. I am also the secretary of that group, so aside from general organisational / paperwork I am also responsible for events managements, media liaison, promotion, advertising, a long list of never-ending jobs! And when I am not working or wrestling, I am also involved at my local Scout group. I have been Assistant Scout Leader at the 27th Aberdeen for over 12 years and take pride in delivery everyday adventure to youngsters aged 10 to 14. And when I'm not doing any of the above, you can usually find me on the sofa playing retro video games, reading a good book or watching my beloved Dons do the business at Pittodrie.
