A Professional Engineer, Bryan McNamara brings over 25 years of business experience to his client’s needs. A 1985 U.N.B. graduate, Bryan spent the first 7 years of his career managing large manufacturers of secondary wood products in Ontario, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. In 1992 he formed McNamara and Associates and for the next six years assisted dozens of businesses throughout the Eastern Canada and the Maritimes, working with them to reduce costs, improve productivity, capacity, and material usage. He used and refined several well known facilitation tools to bring out the best in employees and management personnel. His work in the manufacturing sector brought him respect and recognition as a hands on, team builder. Returning to a management role in 1998 he continued to exercise and demonstrate his diverse skills first hand as a manager and motivator with NY Thermal Ltd of Sussex and again in 2001with Rivenwood Furniture Ltd as the VP of Operations.
