This was my first role in actually managing a team, I was given between 6-9 advisors at a time, I was to guide them in their role and assist them in their call sores as well as help them improve sales skills in order to close additional sales for 123.ie. In this role I also learned how to score calls and assisted the senior management team in revamping the way we mark these call putting additional weighting on customer experience. I massively grew in what I could do in Microsoft Office mainly through Excel and Access, which was so crucial to the further roles I was about to partake in. In just less than two years I was involved in many projects from new scripts to implementing brand new products such as online self service for renewal customers. I had a crucial part in the implementation of brand new phones systems, several script changes and the launch of a re designed website for 123.ie. During this time I learned a lot about how to motivate teams and organize incentives, I took on many sales workshops for all sales teams no matter what the product and the results of empowering the advisors proved to be a massive success, this was new methods in the Insurance industry and I continue to empower all my staff.

Through excellent KPI’s and consistently strong call scores I was given the position of Agent Champion. This position allowed me to coach others at my level to achieve better results.
