From December 2019 - April 2022 I cataloged over 1200 artifacts in the collection for the Lindbergh 100 Project. I cataloged artwork (paintings, drawings, and sculpture), textiles, aircraft, aviation-related equipment jewelry, firearms, home goods (ash trays, pottery, etc.), and many of the objects Lindbergh carried with him on his 1927 New York to Paris flight. Cataloging included writing detailed physical descriptions and condition reports and researching and writing object histories. I also reconciled objects with their accessions, including connected several found-in-collection objects with original accession records.From April to early September 2022, I worked on rehousing objects in the collection. I built custom storage mounts for objects spanning the breadth of the collection.

I accessioned and processed incoming records for Loyola's University Archives, and I developed finding aids for those new collections. When necessary, I conducted primary research to develop departmental histories or biographical sketches for the finding aids.I also developed physical and digital exhibits highlighting the university's history, and I digitized materials using a book scanner and flatbed scanners.

- Accessioned 80 dolls into the collection, which included creating database records, condition-reporting, researching, photographing (and Photoshopping the photos), physically numbering, and finding storage homes for the dolls- Made storage mounts, four-flap book enclosures, and Tyvek dust covers for dozens of objects- Standardized and edited over 1,500 artifact records in The Museum System (TMS) software- Sorted, added, and edited content for over 1,000 constituent records in TMS- Delicately cleaned Oval Office display- Cleaned three large outdoor statues- Researched and wrote artifact highlights for five artifacts in the museum's collections- Sorted through 50 campaign buttons to weed out duplicates- Photographed over 70 items for the museum gift store and edited the photos in Photoshop for the museum website- Sorted and tested 80 light fixtures for the temporary exhibit gallery to determine which lights needed repairs- Conducted a condition report for returning artifact loans- Prepared mannequins for a display of two of First Lady Betty Ford's dresses- Encapsulated unaccessioned material to learn the encapsulation process- Helped clean, condition report, and roll authentic flags from the Oval Office display- Compiled a list of sports-themed artifacts for an artifact loan request

I led tours for guests from all over the world visiting the Joliet Area Historical Museum/Route 66 Welcome Center, as well as helped with visiting school groups. I also conducted research for the education department, helped with special events, and helped with any customer service needs the museum may have.

I developed a Total Quality Management System for Chemstaff, Inc., a chemical engineering firm specializing in the Global Power Industry. Work involved documenting company work processes, procedures, and manuals, as well as creating company policies. These documents have allowed ChemStaff to expand their product offerings and increase quality and efficiency.I worked at ChemStaff part time off-and-on between June 2014 and August 2017.I contributed to writing, editing, and formatting an Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) state of knowledge report on low temperature corrosion in the fossil fuel power industry. I have also helped the company write and complete a grant application for the Department of Energy, as well as helped develop other proposals for government work.
