Isolating, sorting, and organizing all damaged and outdated products for subsequent supplier credits and returns. Counting and completing all appropriate paperwork for merchandise returns to vendors. Develop and train all warehouse personnel and maintain peak level of associate morale and motivation within organization for maximum level of productivity and associate retention. Carry out corrective or disciplinary action when necessary.  Wrote work instructions for all warehouse jobs in addition to interviewing and hiring of new Warehouse employees.  Thorough knowledge of all warehouse and shipping processes and ensures that all procedures are followed. Cut warehouse cost by 40% by negotiating discount pricing for UPS and FedEx. Improve procedures and implemented RF scanners.  Back up for Customer Service and Purchasing Manager.
