The technical, hands-on, fast paced environment coupled with the challenge of problem solving and process improvement has helped the last decade plus with WITRON go by very quickly. The experience and know how that I've developed over the years has elevated me to a unique position where I lead the implementation and setup of service teams for customers across the United States. There is a great foundation of service centers that support the mission. I definitely couldn't do it alone. The technology and innovations by Witron over the years keeps me studying and active in the hands on troubleshooting of equipment and mentoring of new team members. Learning by doing and leading by example are two key factors in this industry for success.
