-Developed a 30-day schedule for a lobby renovation that was incorporated into the project without any prior scheduling classes.-Developed and maintained an action item agenda for subcontractor meetings that improved coordination between all trades.-Processed and maintained Request for Information, Submittals, Architects Supplemental Instructions, Daily Reports and Shop Drawings.

-Organized and planned physical fitness test and infantry training courses for 200 Marines which exceeded the standards of the Commanding Officer by 15%. -Established and facilitated processes for improved platoon organization, time management, and prioritization allowing the company staff to focus on unit operations.-Project Manager for eleven operations requiring constant communication among five unit leaders and accurate accountability of training supplies.

-Supervised and led twelve U.S. Marines and one Navy Medical Corpsman in Al Anbar, Iraq on over 1200 hours of vehicle and foot patrol operations for fifteen months. -Tasked with transporting personnel and supplies throughout Iraq and ultimately responsible for over one million dollars in government vehicles, radios and weapons.-Conducted monthly counseling with twelve U.S. Marines for three years on financial management, morale and welfare, proper hygiene and customs to provide guidance for a successful career in the military.
