Responsible for all areas of operations, including: management recruitment and training, hourly employee training, culinary excellence & consistent adherence to standards, facilities management, P&L's and annual budgets, guest, vendor & landlord relations, local marketing, site development, lease negotiations and HR compliance. Directly oversaw the opening of four new locations.

No Health Dept. scores under 90% in three years as GM. Excelled in guest relations and building sales organically by consistently beating our guests' expectations.
