Responsible for all areas of operations, including: management recruitment and training, hourly employee training, culinary excellence & consistent adherence to standards, facilities management, P&L's and annual budgets, guest, vendor & landlord relations, local marketing, site development, lease negotiations and HR compliance. Directly oversaw the opening of four new locations.

Oversaw several locations in the Phoenix area from 2002-2004. Consistently beat financial goals set in place by the company and increased sales and profits in all three locations. No Health Dept. scores under 90% in three years as GM. Excelled in guest relations and building sales organically by consistently beating our guests' expectations.

Rotated through all areas of restaurant management, including oversight of liquor/wine service, the service staff and culinary operations. Part of the opening teams of two new Phoenix locations, responsible both times for the training and development of staffs over 100 people, in all departments.
