I was honored to run the flagship academy in Carmichael. As a 14,000 sq ft, two story facility with 4 full sized training rooms this proved to be a dynamic and challenging endeavor. After reaching an all-time reported low of 274 active students at the beginning of March 2010, my team and I built and sustained positive growth and momentum month after month..

Managed a team of roughly 40 team members at a Target Distribution Center, managing the flow of outbound freight and merchandise out of the building before being shipped to stores.
