Quality Assurance Program Management Analyst for multiple sites both CONUS and OCONUS. Conduct daily oversight of site-submitted surveillance results. Analyze trending issues will be tracked and reported by Leads to the Supervisor. Research policy and DLA guidance to assure accurate inspections are being performed on site. Perform analysis of surveillance results and/or trends and generate written monthly performance reports. Review Surveillance Lead and Quality Assurance Evaluators (QAEs) surveillance for accuracy and standard formatting. Responsible for onsite training and shadowing employees on an annual base. Provide initial drafts of monthly reports, to their site Quality Teams, IAW established procedures, during the first week of the month following the reporting month. Review monthly SITREP from Head Quarters and provide guidance based on those reports. Responsible for answering and replying to any and all questions raised by site personnel during the review and comment process. Communicate frequently via email, conference calls and telephone with site personnel and provide technical answers and solutions to questions and issues raised by site personnel. Assess surveillance personnel QA program and conformance to established documentation requirements by conducting physical validations during on-site assist visits/audits. Surveillance personnel and program are evaluated against program requirements and policies in effect at the time of the visit. Provide analytical and project management support to acquisition related functions (planning, source selection, contract oversight, and QA) within the DLA Distribution organization.

Oversee multiple contracted sites for quality, compliance and audit readiness.

Acquisition Specialist/Contract Specialist responsible for postaward functions for a variety of supply, service, and/or construction contracts for the installation activities. Highly skilled in Contract Maintenance, Servicing, and Contract Analysis. Workload includes Distribution Services in Kuwait (DDKS), which is a $157M four year service contract, with Firm Fixed-Price and Cost Reimbursement CLINs, and Installation Services at San Joaquin, CA which is a $34M five year service contract with Firm Fixed-Price and Time and Material CLINs . Currently plan, assign and review work of the CGA staff, Business Operations (J3), and Acquisition Planning Team (AF). Train and audit the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) at two different sites, for accuracy, compliance and overall maintenance of contract folders.
