Provide 24/7 monitoring and on-call support for large campus LAN encompassing ~20 buildings utilizing Arista and Cisco enterprise routers and switches. Configure and deploy additional network hardware to provide for expanded Windows group requirements. Review network traffic usage and flows and engineer changes as required. Manage and audit support network infrastructure such as DHCP, ACS, PRTG, and Syslog.

Member of a small team responsible for approximately 5000 systems at multiple sites. Deployed full lights-out infrastructure (APC server rack and switched PDU, Avocent/Raritan KVM). Maintained mix of retail (Dell, HP, IBM) and custom built systems as well as reference prototypes. Created new scripts and tools to optimize common workflows.

Maintain and execute various test for Windows Networking both at the protocol binding and hardware driver layers. Worked with in-test network drivers and devices for WHQL certification. Supported multiple server labs with mixed desktop and rackmount systems as well as support infrastructure including KVM, Power over IP, and Serial over IP. Responsible for optimization and creation of new test scenarios to support newer network technologies such as 10GbE, TCP offload, VMQ, and RSS.

Part of a small team providing on-site technical support to all departments. Responsible for deployment and support of temporary networks, both wired and wireless, for public convention use. Setup professional audio and video equipment for music stages.

Systems admin for all on-site desktops and servers. Database admin for on and off-site product database used by local and online point of sale system.
