The prime responsibility of the Remote Video Coordinator is to provide Support for all RVM business in Canada. This position reports to the Area Vice President. The following list describes the functions and scope of the RVC position;• Developing, maturing and maintaining strong client relationships with a diverse customer base.• Assist in the development of RFP/RFQ documents in the pursuit of new client portfolios, when requested. Develop, when required, professional client presentations under the direction of the Securitas AVP.• Ability to clearly articulate Securitas Canada’s policies and procedures to clients and represent Securitas’ ethical and code of conduct guidelines.• Day to day maintenance of RVM as needed across Canada• Set and maintain new RVM systems as well as Mobile units• Support where needed in emergencies • Travel throughout Canada when required and approved by the AVP• Communicate with the RVM centre and Branch Managers to assist with issues• Site tear down at the end of contracts • Manage the RVM ATB for Alberta and others when required• Review any critical reports ie, incident reports, that would require follow-up with the client or Securitas senior management• Knowledge of security industry technical trends (CCTV, DVR, and Internet based programs/reports). Offer our clients simple, reliable security solutions that will enhance Securitas’ profile and reputation. These potential new business leads will be forwarded to the Business Development Representative• Maintain the RVM vehicle as needed • Other duties as assigned by the AVP

Essential Skills:- Ability to read plans and follow instructions, mechanical aptitude required;- Ability to work safely and in a team environment while focused on product quality;- Crane, construction/farm experience an asset;- Ability and desire to learn;- Grade 12 diploma obtained.
