In charge of supervising the day to day operations of the community, as well as the planning and preparing for the future. My strengths lie in my relationship building, always keeping in close contact with my residents to maximize their experience and increase retention rates. Among my favorite responsibilities were designing and implementing the marketing strategy, as well as planning and executing large community events.
