I am an ESOL tutor delivering courses in Hospitality , Customer Service , Front Office Skills providing knowledge and training for Ukrainian students based in Kerry looking to improve their English levels with all courses being provided by Impact Training in partnership with Kerry ETB and Kerry College Clash Campus.Topics covered within the courses provided are hospitality industry in Ireland, food and beverage service , beverage law, customer service training, hr and employment law within the hospitality industry, hospitality culture , health and safety within the hospitality industry , recruitment and selection.Additionally as part of my role I deliver modules in Human Resource Management, Conflict Management, Accounting,Finance , Management and Leadership along with assessment strategy design, liaise with external examiners on student results .
