Briefly allows you to be more present during meetings by taking notes for you and more productive after meetings by generating summaries, action items and follow up emails.

We created Reflective to orchestrate workflows across software tools. My responsibilities focused on sales and operations. On the go-to-market side, I identified and closed our initial lighthouse customers. After gaining our customers’ business, I acted as our Customer Success Manager, working closely with the customers’ executives and stakeholders to ensure a successful implementation and look for opportunities to grow the accounts.

I worked with early-stage health and wellness companies. I helped them develop and refine their products, perform user research, develop their go-to-market strategies, fundraise, and find partnerships.During this period, I spent most of my time working with one of the Bay Area’s top concierge medical clinics. Together we revamped their patient onboarding, streamlined their billing, and assessed expansion opportunities.

Chorus enabled anyone to create a team dedicated to supporting their health and fitness goals. I managed the company’s operations and business development. As the business development lead, I found and negotiated partnerships with fitness influencers and experts to create custom fitness programs and video content for Chorus. I also managed a team of video production specialists who shot and edited our content. On the operations side, I implemented and managed our benefits, payroll, and 401k plans.

Fitify was a corporate wellness consultancy. We built customized wellness programs for Bay Area companies including Hack Reactor, Lithium Technologies, Message Bus, SF Giants Corporate Office, and Twitter. We played an integral role in the design, launch, and growth of Twitter’s CrossFit program managing their corporate fitness facility responsible for servicing 20% of their SF HQ location.

As Director of CrossFit at The Cave, I managed our coaches and wrote the gym's programming. Other responsibilities included revamping our onboarding program to better prepare our new athletes and improve their retention. I also built a corporate fitness program for several local start-ups. I did this by renting underutilized gym hours in the middle of the day to local startups. Many of these companies continue to rent space from The Cave today.
