Senior Infrastructure Attorney. Served as District Counsel for wastewater, potable water, and recycled water purveyors such as the Tamalpais Community Services District and the Burbank Sanitary District. Served as Assistant District Counsel for Stege Sanitary District, Central Contra Costa Sanitary District, and the Napa Sanitation District. Managed staff of associate attorneys and administrative support personnel in the negotiation and drafting of real property purchase and sale agreements, easements, lease agreements and temporary construction licenses and permits.
