In Summer 2019, the expectation is to build on my current knowledge by working on the real time pipeline simulation model. I also took a leadership role by becoming the Intern Committee Chair, responsible for communicating with the Talent Acquisitions Student Programs leader and coordinating intern communication, volunteering, and outreach events. My responsibilities expanded to working with the real time model, Synergi Gas Solver, and the TCO system's PI ProcessBook.

I worked with Operations Planning at TC Energy. I used my teamwork skills to work with a small and effective group. My main responsibility was interpreting P&IDs to build live data diagrams for new compressor stations, meter stations, and regulator stations. I also spent time learning the responsibilities of Gas Control, Customer Service, and Facility Planning.

I worked in a team setting at the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection where I contributed to environmental inspections. These inspections included dam inspections, above ground storage tanks, and gas pumps. This position provided the experience of working on a small team to achieve a specific goal. I obtained this position though the WV Governor’s Internship Program; this program is to find the most promising WV students and match them to varying positions across the state.
