As Founder & CEO, Bryan has over 30 years of successful experience in conversion of ideas into working business models designed to maximize efficiency, cost effectiveness and ROI. He has held executive level positions, built companies from ground up and served as a consultant in operations, marketing and technology platforms that include e-commerce, automated work-flow and supply chain management.Bryan has an expansive skill set that includes all aspects of general construction, metal fabrication, welding, synthetic application, architectural glazing, stone restoration, mill work and wood refinishing. In addition, he has authored several articles, technical bulletins, project specifications & training manuals. He also works closely with consultants, designers and manufacturers from all over the United States to assist in development of new ideas, implementation, technical support and problem solving.

JUBEO Design infuses complimenting hard mediums to craft bespoke accents, fixtures, & furnishings of décor & leisure that are inspired by iconic art, architecture, and antiquity. A concept several years in the making as they pursued individual education and career, Bryan Painter and his son Brandon have teamed up to create a unique experience for those who appreciate fine design and craftsmanship.Hard mediums include materials such as stone, terrazzo, wood, metal, glass, and concrete that are utilized to create architectural structures and/or works of art. We study these materials closely and use them as inspiration to design and fabricate into unique works. With great respect & admiration for the original designers and craftsman, JUBEO Design explores well known structures to identify brilliant and memorable composites that are incorporated into unique designs. Each concept is documented on social media from design through production with origin, history, sketches, video, and photography to provide a comprehensive description of journey. In 2005, Bryan founded Surface Dynamics and created a team of experienced service professionals with many years of “real life” field application to design, produce, and distribute products associated with repair, restoration and periodic maintenance of architectural hard surfaces. This group of highly effective products and world class customer service provided comprehensive solutions to restoration professionals throughout the United States.

Through a private venture, Bryan provided sales and consulting related services for many well-known national service programs. Primary emphasis was on insurance and commercial service industries.

In 2000, Bryan accepted a position at BP Capital to start a new company known as Flooring Solutions LLC. In addition, he utilized this platform and resources to build their Commercial Services Division for a 2nd company - Glass America.

In 1995, Bryan identified a demand for consistency in glass-related services for National Retailers, General Contractors, and Architects. He founded GLASCON based on a call center concept and network of glass subcontractors throughout the United States. In 1996, he agreed to merge this concept and operations with the resources available from Harding Glass and in doing so accepted a new management role at their corporate facility in Overland Park, KS. He was hired as National Accounts Manager to implement a similar program for them. His responsibilities included complete ground-up development. He was promoted to Director and then to Vice President in 1998.

Hired by USA Glass (Chicago, IL) to grow a new market in their South Florida Region, Bryan's responsibilities included growth of customer base, estimating, and management of contract projects.
