I provide a Business Process Improvement Consultancy delivering hands-on LEAN, 6 Sigma, & Employee Wellbeing via direct support, training and workshop events.I've spent 35 years in Manufacturing with the Ford Motor Company in both Leadership and Technical positions, in diverse roles covering Lean, 6-Sigma, Quality, Engineering, and Production. For the majority of that period I was located at the Southampton Assembly Plant, employed on the Transit programme, a vehicle that has become an icon for delivering class leading quality, and durability.I've had over ten years’ experience, as a change agent, integrating Lean into Production and Engineering Processes. As a 6-Sigma Black Belt I've delivered and supported numerous improvement projects and have provided extensive greenbelt training programmes.Additionally I’ve spent 20 years, discussing and researching the questions raised by mental health illness and the issues it creates for individuals, employees, companies and corporations. He therefore has a unique perspective, on mental illness, maintaining wellbeing, recovery, supporting people and the challenges of creating a practical work life balance.
