As the CEO of Solution Financial, Bryan oversees all aspects of the company from,Operations Management:• Governing & managing relationships to maintain an ongoing engagement within the organization• Arranging debt & equity financing to execute strategic corporate decisions • Coordinating and implementing board mandates in collaboration with the operations team• Led and motivated the team to advance employee performance• Developing the unique in-house proprietary leasing softwareRisk Management:• Planning lending decisions & procedures• Implementing and validating the effectiveness of internal procedures and controls• Identifying and investigating risks within the lease portfolio• Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with relevant governing guidelines• Mitigating risk in money laundering & terrorist financingHighlights:• SFI began in British Columbia and expanded to Alberta in 2020 & Ontario in 2021• Listed on the TSX.V in June 2018• Led the team to celebrate Solution's graduation from the TSX.V to TSE in Sept 2021• Successfully obtained institutional financing of $15M in Sept 2022• Established a securitization facility for up to $35 million with a Senior Lender in Jan 2023

Prior to establishing Solution Financial, Bryan helped facilitate lease transactions with different lenders for new immigrants, international students, and business owners. Through this experience, he was able to discover a unique method to navigate different leasing solutions, which has now helped many to enjoy the vehicle of their dreams and provide the flexibility that other leasing companies do not offer.
