Founded the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee that focused on educating members on DEI topics and facilitated discussions surrounding current events.

Analyzed single-cell RNA sequencing data in RStudio and MODDE software. Researched methods on data analysis then wrote software to obtain data to direct further experimentation. Utilized design of experiment (DOE) to streamline experimentation progress. Collaborated on multiple projects, providing quantitative analysis of western blots, transfections, and transformations. I also was able to work on cell cultures, and perform PCR and RT-PCR with members of the laboratory.

Quantified data from western blots utilizing BioRad quantification software in a Pediatric Brain Tumor research facility. Collaborated on various projects, making presentable data to be easily digested. Designed an astrocyte maturation experiment with use of stem cells. Learned how to navigate programs and technical presentations on-the-job.
