I represent businesses, professionals, and local governments in a broad spectrum of litigation and appellate matters—from commercial and contract disputes to tort-based claims. This includes significant experience defending governmental entities. My practice also includes regularly defending professionals—including accountants, attorneys, and real estate professionals—on liability and malpractice claims. Much of my practice is devoted to keeping my clients out of court. That includes counseling public and private employers on employment related matters, including risk management; drafting policies, procedures, and employee handbooks; wage and hour issues; and assistance on internal investigations.
