The Residential and Commercial Sales Consultant is an outside sales position for plumbing and HVAC. They are responsible for developing and closing residential sales and services opportunities through customer education and presentations, using traditional lead-generation techniques as well as internal, lead pipelines.

Responsible for 65-70% of total company revenue through Supply Chain Services.

Responsible for providing leadership and direction to the overall performance of the Value Added Services (VAS) department to ensure that the VAS operations are executed efficiently and effectively, accomplish the goals/objectives/operational metrics, and achieve excellent customer service. Plan, organize, and process VAS projects from inception to completion. Manage multiple VAS projects and ensure that work orders are completed timely, accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with customer specifications / requirements. Monitor / track status of VAS project and proactively address potential issues that might inhibit successful completion of orders. Provide leadership through effective communications, coaching, training, and development.

Responsible for PC network connecting multiple enterprise servers and 175+ workstations (Windows and Macintosh). Set up, configured, and supported Microsoft windows operating systems, Microsoft Office suite of applications, and other windows based applications including all patch and service pack levels. Developed, monitored and maintained the corporate email systems, user group security policies and configurations. Maintained inventory of all software licensing. Troubleshoot network performance issues and created and maintained a disaster recovery plan and hardware. Recommended upgrades, patches, and new applications and equipment to meet the demand of our user base. Provided technical support and guidance to users. Responsible for all technical processes and services of PC notebook and LCD repair division.
