I am 25 years old, I'm a hard-working boy, not married yet, I've been working since I was 17 years, I've been developing myself doing many things that have given me the chance to learn and improve my skills, I consider myself as an organized person, friendly, kind.I like teamwork, I strongly believe communication is the most important and effective thing at work.I started working in the BPO industry in the Collection department, where I learned how to communicate and treat people who were facing different types of hardships, then I thought it was the moment to do something else and I moved to another job where I went deeper taking with older people helping them with their medical situations, I felt really comfortable helping that type of people because there I realized how cs really works, it isn't just young people having " Hard" issues, there was also another part of people "old one" who has simple things they just can't complete by themselves, that is the real customer service, help everyone no matter who they are.I don't enjoy just staying, but I do love moving forward.I want to be part of something good for me, something that helps to improve things I have to and a place where I can grow within
