Providing turnaround management and marketing the sale of Ultura's aftermarket business based in Germany and Italy. Glory Wealth Shipping: KGUSA served as testifying expert in a shipping litigation in U.S. District Court in Norfolk, Virginia. KGUSA provided an expert report and testified at trial, on behalf of plaintiff Glory Wealth, regarding forensic accounting, insolvency, and fiduciary duty issues. Plaintiffs prevailed on both fraudulent transfer and alter ego claims.

All Dreams Vacations: Served as financial advisor to American Express in a fraudulent transfer litigation. Provided expert report to state court in Florida. Results pending. Pinnacle Airlines: Serving as trustee for the unsecured creditors liquidation trust in the Pinnacle Airlines chapter 11 bankruptcy case. Involve claim review and administration. Boston Generating: Serving as financial adviser for litigation trust. Conducted initial solvency analysis and assisted in drafting of Fraudulent Transfer complaint filed by Trustee stemming out of BosGen's 2006 $2B Leveraged Recap. Results pending. Innovative Communications: Served as financial expert for Banco Popular De Puerto Rico in a fraudulent transfer litigation. Conducted extensive valuation and fraudulent transfer analysis. Provided expert report to bankruptcy court. Results pending. Archetypes, Inc: Served as court-appointed investment banker for a start-up social media/marketing company. Marketed the sale of company assets through the chapter 11 bankruptcy process. Kit Digital: Served as financial advisor to the unsecured creditors committee in the chapter 11 bankruptcy of Kit Digital. Involved valuation analysis, due diligence, and other sale process strategy consulting. Madison Hotel: Serving as liquidating trustee of Madison Hotel Liquidation Trust. Responsible for sale of hotel and liquidation of estate. Mervyns: Served as financial advisor and testifying expert for the unsecured creditors committee in a fraudulent transfer litigation resulting from Mervyn's 2004LBO. Suit resulted in settlement valued around $200MM. Assisted in adversary trial at bankruptcy court. Drafted bankruptcy motions including, chapter 11 first day motions, sale motions, stay lift motions, stay lift objections, and 365 motions. Drafted settlement agreements and demand letters.

Researched legal issues, prepared bench memorandums used by the Judge on the bench, and observed trial and hearing procedures. Exposed to multiple aspects of the bankruptcy process from consumer cases to complex issues.

Worked on $1B intellectual property suit against Pfizer. Resulted in $450 settlement for BYU, our client. Worked on $400MM Cayman Island, hedge fund lawsuit. Results still pending.

Opened a new store in a new market. Involved in management, purchasing, sales, and installation.Responsible for all marketing, product line, and inventory decisions.
