Performing the task of annual Periodic Tool Inspection of layup and cure fixtures, using Verisurf Metrology Software Versions X7-2017 with FARO and LEICA laser trackers. Also performing Production Validation of composite parts using Spatial Analyzer and Nikon 200 series CLR.

A position consisting of multiple roles, Working with a team of talented individuals. • Review of customer purchase orders for contract requirements and quality clauses.• Analyze Blueprint and or dataset and create an Inspection Plan to assist in on machine, In-Process and Final Inspection. • Perform In-Process, First Article, and Final Inspection using Portable Romer / FARO CMM, Leica / FARO Laser Tracker and Mechanical / Surface Plate methods.• Outside process and material purchase order review for accuracy and compliance.• Build Jig and Fixture type tooling using Portable CMM, or Laser Tracker using Verisurf or CATIA.• Perform on machine In-Process Inspection to verify all features have been machined per design and or dataset prior to final inspection.• Prepare model based dataset for Portable CMM or Laser Tracker Inspection when Digital Inspection is required.• Analyze collected data to create digital data report out of measured data using Portable CMM, or Laser Tracker and populate per Inspection Plan and requirements.• Present Final Inspection Package and Product to customer for acceptance.• Assisted with special projects, as assigned by management
